Shipping policy

Once an order is verified and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If you wish to track your order via 360BoatSupply.com please use the automated CHAT BUBBLE provided in the bottom righthand corner of the home page and click or enter "Track My Order" feature using the order number in your confirmation email.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to ship in-stock orders received by 12pm PST (3pm EST cutoff) will ship the same day as long as everything ordered is currently in stock.

Please note that during high-volume periods or for special orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays directly.

Shipping Info

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship to addresses within the United States. After your order has been processed (see "Order Processing" above), here are our estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Oversized / Freight (65 lbs+ or large items): 7 to 14 business days

Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Additional Shipping Details

  • You will receive your order tracking via email and/or SMS once the order is shipped. Promised delivery time only applies to Business Days (Monday-Friday).
  • To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground/Air shipping services.
  • We have a NO BACKORDER policy, if for any reason we cannot fulfill the order, we will notify you immediately (within 1 business day) and the backordered items will be cancelled and refunded. For cancelled backorders in an order with multiple items, we will contact you immediately to determine if a partial shipment is acceptable. 
  • Available shipping methods may vary for some products and shipping destinations.
  • We will ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
  • The customer is responsible for tracking the package using the tracking number from shipping until delivery.
  • To protect orders valued over $750, a signature is required upon delivery at no additional cost.
  • Shipping to a PO Box is prohibited. Must be a real address. If shipping to a marina, please address accordingly and notify the dockmaster of signature requirements to ensure delivery is not returned or refused.
  • If the shipment is returned to our warehouse or office without return authorization, a 20% processing fee will be applied to the order.
  • Once the courier status changes to delivered, any lost packages become the responsibility of the customer.

*Some hazmat and electrical products are not accepted for overnight and 2 day flight delivery, in that case your expedited shipping will be converted to the ground shipping and expedited shipping fees will be refunded.

**Oversized, Freight and Hazmat items are excluded unless noted in promotional offerings.

Orders that require freight shipping will be contacted prior to shipment to confirm delivery details and finalized shipping price - should a price be unsatisfactory there is no penalty for order cancellation.

You may contact 360 Boat Supply via e-mail or phone if you question whether specific items are included under the Free Shipping Program. We will do everything possible to give customers the benefit of the doubt in these instances, though we reserve the right not to sell any product at a loss.

NOTE: Items may ship from our warehouses across the US. Please calculate delivery expectations on the shipping method selected and not distance. Thanks!

We will tell you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken promises and failed delivery. Given the nature of the marine industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. Most of the products we offer are readily available and ship promptly.
