Return Policy
360 Boat Supply accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days from shipment delivery date.
All refunds will be issued as an Exchange for Product or Store Credit.
A restocking fee will NOT be applied for most returns that are unused and still sealed in the original packaging. Some exclusions apply.*
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested by the customer before returning products.
- To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to hello@360boatsupply.com or use the Contact Us page with SUBJECT: RMA and be sure to provide the original order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for return.
- The RMA will be issued with return instructions up to three (3) business days after a request is made.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Promotional Free Shipping is valued at $9.95 USD and will be deducted from any returns.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Returned products must be in new condition with no signs of use, in the original sealed manufacturer packaging, with all original tags/stickers/labels/seals still affixed. Do not write on or affix additional adhesive labels to original manufacturer packaging.
- For items that are returned in an unsealed condition or without the original packaging, a processing fee of up to 20% may be applied to the return, or return may be refused.
- All returns are inspected before being processed for refund. The inspection period can take up to seven (7) business days after your return was delivered.
- If the return is due to a defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. In all other return/refund situations, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A 20% processing fee will be applied to any order "returned to sender" from the wrong shipping address or a refused delivery. Please check your address and tracking information to ensure delivery can be accepted.
- To protect orders valued over $750, a signature is required upon delivery at no additional cost.
*Non-Returnable Products:
Our return policy does not apply to the following goods. These products/orders are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please contact us on a case-by-case basis so we can attempt to remedy any product dissatisfaction.
- Any installed product
- Any software, mapping/chart/cartography data cards
- Items that are registered or certified by official authorities (USCG, FCC, NOAA, DMV, etc) such as boats, EPIRBs, PLBs, AIS Transmitters, and life rafts. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues or concerns to return these items. Contact 360 Boat Supply for more details.
- Any unsealed or opened VHF Radios or Satellite beacons with programable features including AIS, MMSI, DSC, SPOT, Bivy or inReach. Please contact us on a case-by-case basis for programmed items.
- Sanitary products
- Batteries
- All special orders (special pricing, international, truck freight)
- All gas, electric, and trolling motors - must contact manufacturer for warranty services.
- Remanufactured products are final sale. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues or concerns to return these items.
- Any cut or customized items such as boat covers, wire, cable, rope, hose, pipe, chain or rigging
- Air conditioners, generators, and appliances - must contact manufacturer for warranty services.
Return Policy Abuse:
360 Boat Supply reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of abusing any 360 Boat Supply return policy. Refused orders will not be processed and refunded.
Defective Product Returns: Defective products are eligible for exchange or store credit. A prepaid return shipping label and instructions may be provided for defective items if deemed necessary by the manufacturer or 360 Boat Supply. The customer must contact the manufacturer for technical support to confirm that the product is defective and that product replacement by dealer (360 Boat Supply) is deemed necessary. Please provide the manufacturer authorized technician's name, product serial number (if it has one), and details about the defect.
Non-Defective Returns:
Eligible non-defective products may be returned for a full store credit refund (minus any paid shipping or $9.95 Free Shipping Promotion Value). In order to be eligible for a non-defective return, the merchandise must be unused, unopened, and sealed in the original packaging. Returns showing signs of installation/use, missing parts or packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPS code, or items that have serial numbers that do not match our records will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for a non-defective return. Purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items is recommended. 360 Boat Supply is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.
General - Cancellations, Shipping Damage, Missing Packages or Shipment Refusals:
All orders placed online are immediately processed and can not be canceled. You will have to wait to receive the order before you can return it for a refund. Any and all claims of damage during shipment, incorrect/missing items, or the non-receipt of goods must be reported within seven (7) days after your order has been delivered. The customer is responsible for any fees associated with a refunded non-defective shipment, including carrier fees and those related to freight shipping. 360 Boat Supply will refuse any returns that are sent cash on delivery (COD). If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, 360 Boat Supply reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or impose different or additional conditions. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Contact Us if you have warranty questions. 360 Boat Supply does not directly service any manufacturer warranties but will offer advise when possible.
Certain excluded items must be exchanged or returned to the manufacturer directly. We will inform you of any exclusions when replying to your return RMA request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit within 10 business days, and notified via email.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return, please contact us at hello@360boatsupply.com so we may investigate or re-issue credits.
